Communication has been on point prior, during and after our big day. The service has just been magical. Considering we had a Disney theme for our wedding it was a pleasure to have a videographer who brought their own piece of magic to the day. Would definitely recommend 10000% worth every penny!josh palmer2 November 2020It took us a while to pick through wedding videographers in cornwall and we struggled to find some we liked, videos are hugely important to us as we frequently tape key parts of our lives and (badly) edit them together into full length videos so we can save them. In the end we ended up looking a lot closer to home in Plymouth and found Caroline! She came round our house (pre covid) and told us all about who she is, how she works and about herself, rather than just being formulaic she had a real conversation and was clearly a really kind person who really loved what she did, this made us feel very at ease picking her in this big part of our wedding. Obviously when covid happened she was so kind in firstly allowing us to alter the package to reflect the changes to our day which she was under no obligation to do, but secondly coming up with comprehensive methods to limit risk both from her and to her. On the day she worked so well with our photographer you would have thought they had worked together for years, she was kind throughout reassuring us before, congratulating us after, and the footage that she used on the highlights reel was simply perfect, making the perfect tribute video to such a happy special day. She was really great at communication before the wedding, including a meeting at our house which meant we could meet each other properly before the big day. Any questions we had, she responded very quickly. We booked the full day package with Caroline, and Louise Richey as our photography. On the day, Caroline arrived early as we were getting ready and slotted right into whatever we were doing . It didn’t feel uncomfortable being filmed and we are so pleased we decided on a videographer for our wedding. Although it is an extra cost to an already expensive day, to us now, the footage we have is priceless. There is so much of the day which we couldn’t remember and when we got our montage video 4 weeks later, it brought back so many memories. We then had the feature long video a month or so after that which included the vows and speeches which were all a blur after the day. We love sharing our video with friends and family, and it is such a wonderful memory of an amazing day. Caroline worked really hard to capture the little details which we would likely forget over time if they weren’t caught on video. It is such an amazing memory of our day. My husband and I got married in May 2023. We originally had a different videographer booked which fell through, and this is the best thing that could have happened as we then found Focused Memory Productions. Caroline was amazing from the beginning. She always replied to emails quickly and was so helpful. We had a meeting with Caroline before the wedding day so that we could discuss details which meant there was no stress at all on wedding day as she knew exactly what she was doing and just got on with it. Caroline was so friendly and made us feel really at ease. My husband and I were a little worried about there being cameras around us as we are a little camera shy, but Caroline made us feel so relaxed and we forgot the cameras were even there. Caroline went above and beyond to capture the perfect shots, nothing was too much trouble. Caroline felt more like a guest than our videographer, and all of our guests made many comments about how great she was. We received our highlight film a few weeks after the wedding and it exceeded all expectations. Caroline captured our special day so perfectly, we couldn’t have asked for more.
